And what good does that do for the restitution?
Why not alert the local authorities since i suppose the original buyer kept documentation of the payment and proper communication records along with the individual's contact info.

Agian, the buyer does not have his personal info, all you need for an EMT is a Name and email, I was told he has neither (anymore)

If this site can track his IP it will track to his address. I would definitely file a complaint with the picture to authorities. You can definitely track this guy down. He doesn't exactly look like your every day kid.
