I got both of this CD Players a while ago, since I really wanted to try out the D-311. It ended up being a great player, which I prefered over some other DAP's (Sansa Clip, e280, iPod Touch, Cowon D2) and DAC's (D2 Viper with modded opamps, Corda 2Move) that I've tried up (specially from the Line Out to an amp); however, since I don't have time to enjoy my life anymore, it has been in a drawer for some months now.
The Discman is in great shape, specially considering its age; the biggest flaw is a scracth over the metal cover, which is quite big, altought it's not the big deal (it came that way to me). However, there's quite a big problem, because the Discman is no longer working with the battery adapter which it came with, it just turn on sometimes running with that adapter, which is strange as it was working great a while ago... when I tried it with a PSP AC power adapter, it worked without any problem... anyway, maybe someone with better skills than me can fix that easily... After all, this is a great player, and it's worth to do so =) The Discman has some rubber feets below, but I can remove them if you want me to do so.
As for the Panasonic, it's another great sounding CD player, altought I always prefered the Discman... I'll include it since I don't use it either...
I want to trade both of those player for a DAP... hopefully a Sansa Clip... I am open to any offers though (even for money)... I'll pay shipping to you, and you pay shipping to me, if that sound good to you...
