Help with flash player

Just upgraded my laptop to W7 and can't get flash to work. It is the 64 bit version I have and have tried to download the beta 10.1 version of flash with no luck. What is the simpilest way to run IE in 32 bit? Or has anyone downloaded 10.1 with luck. Thanks for your help

I am using 10.1 in x86 firefox with zero issues. Unfortunately Adobe sucks and still does nto offer x64 flash, so for now we are stuck using 32 bit browsers.
