I want to buy a custom transmission line speaker and I have to raise some cash. Up for sale is a Monarchy SM-70 Pro single ended, class A, zero feedback, MOSFET power amp putting out 25 watts @ 8 ohms/ 40 watts @4 ohms. The amp is in excellent shape and probably has 500-600 hours on it. This is the best SS amp I a have ever owned period. I am asking $425 plus shipping.
Next, I have a SQ-84 10 watt push/ pull triode integrated amp in excellent condition that includes a great sounding headphone section. The amp will include the rare 7731 military version of the 6U8 input/ gain tubes and a GOOD quad of both 6V6s and 6K6GTs. The 6K6s actually sound better to me but you loose a couple watts of output power. I am asking $425 firm plus shipping. This amp is heavy at around 32 pound with the original shipping carton.
