ck100 cable replacement

Basically, my current cable does not look like it will last too much longer, (it's frayed near the connection to the drivers) and it's always been this iem's weakest point, as it's too light to stay in place over my ear's consistently. Is cable replacement on these an option? Also, I'd appreciate any suggestions for specific cables that might work well. I'd like something that's a lot sturdier and similar to those used on custom iems. Note that I'm not a "believer" and am not looking to spend loads of cash on this, just looking for something that meets a standard level of quality and is extra sturdy.

Get them remoulded into custom iems and get some user replaceable cables. Unique Melody (China) and Fisher Hearing (US) do the remolds and have good build quality.

I'd consider that, but I don't want the extra cost right now. Also, the lack of resale value.
