Shure earphones broken - recommendations?

Hi,

I purchased some Shure earphones last year and at first the left ear stopped working and now they are not working at all and I don't have the warrenty papers.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend me anywhere to take them to get them fixed in London.

Thanks in advance

Your best bet would be to contact Shure...perhaps they ma be able to help. If not, and you believe they are worth it, you can get them reshelled into custom IEM's or recabled.

Recabling is not too difficult, although you need a steady hand not to damage the driver. What model of headphone are they?

I had some luck with Shure when I had issues with my E3C's. After some coaxing I was able to have them replaced. Just contact them, maybe they take care of you anyway. Companies are wanting to keep every customer they have. Some are taking large jumps to make customers happy.
