Too many heads may be too many trouble, so one head as a leader is enough

We displayed only one head because we thought the one that should be on the head

was / is/will probably be : the  HE90, except dethroned by the SR009

This one is a beauty,  Is it Smeggy Thunderpants?  What kind of wood is it?  

Thanks for your kind words! No, this a bigrock2150 custom, made by me. The wood is cocobolo. 

Smeggy's Thunderpants use the same drivers but that's about it, everything else is quite different. I'll post another one once I finish it in about a week.   

I have one Smeggy Thunderpants with Gary made of Camphor Buri wood.

I also  love the cocobolo wood , however I have the HP2 with the Cocobolo so

I asked Gary to do one with the Camphor Buri.   It has some problems with the drivers imbalance

so it is not on time for the Thai Canjoin meeting.  I will wait for your impression of the bigrock2150, please

PM me about that.  Do you use the Stax earpads too?  What is its sound signature?

Another picture of Qualia,  I agree that it is one of the most beautiful and photogenic too.

The Qualia pads are made of real lamb skin. It may look thin, plasticky and fragile.  In fact it is very comfortable

very light and fit well (except you wear glasses).  When you do get a good sweet spot its sound is like

magic especially for the vocals.  I think it is one of the best headphones for vocal recording , very sweet,

huge soundstage, excellent detail , extended and best treble  better than the bass heavy R10, JVC DX1000 in

my opinion.

As a big fan of the K1000s, I must say that their ugliness is almost downright appealing.    They look even worse on the head too.

The R-10 looks like a pair of D7000s that traded the gloss for a tumor.

I'm not a fan of woodies, but these are charming. Stock D7000 cups is about as pretty as woodies go for me, and I'd have preferred something other than wood.

I HATE the R10's look....urgh. The ESW9 looks better in pics than in person. Too much plastic makes the wood look out of place.

The ES7 is the prettiest AT I think. BTW, I hate 3D wingz, lol.

I have to say the first time I saw a pic of K1000 on someone's profile, I thought it was a joke.  It is like someone strapped two radio mics on their head.  lmao.  Would never have guessed it was one of the most rated phones around.  :P

Who needs a tin foil hat when you've got a pair of K1000s?    This thread has gotten me very interested in the Precide Ergo 2s, which is strange because as I recall the title of this thread is "most beautiful headphones."  I think I have a screw loose somewhere.

Qualia is definitely the best looking headphones ever.

For me, next up would be k701 or hd800. Hey beats looks pretty darn good too....
