no pink fluff or fancy metalwork but luckily they sound much better than they look.
there's something very workman like and minimal about this design that i like.
and its an improvement on my jecklin float 1.
i got these to replace my hd650 and im loving them

I second the:

Denon D7000 (D5000 and D2000 as well), AKG 701, the Audio Technica woodies, the 325s (I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that loves the look of them), and the ESW9s.

I have nothing else to add.

I quite enjoyed looking at how products are designed, even though I am an animation student not product design

I tend to gravitate towards the sleek:

Some guy was telling me about how a classmate bought some 300 euro headphones that were "black with some red sh*t and a 6" - I had no idea what he was talking about 'til I saw the Beats again.
