[WTB] JBL Reference 220 earphones Pouch Only

I am badly looking out for a pouch which which comes with the JBL Reference 220 earphones.The reason is that it can fit my cowon D2+,earphones,tips and amp as seen in the below pics.Any pouch which is similar will also do .I even tried to look for them in ebay ( tried purchasing earphones just for pouch),but none of the sellers in ebay are shipping a similar kind of pouch :






I am from New Zealand ,I am open to Offers.
