"Banned Moderator" was a joke.  Neruda was our youngest member at the time ... 15 or 16 years old IIRC.  Now he'd be 25 or 26 .... yikes.

Yeah, I didn't know what to make of it because it was a custom title, not a banner like the other "Banned" or "Moderator" banners are.

 

Not many teenage Head-Fiers in 2001?  They're all over this place now haha
