Sony D-5A Compact Disc Player - $OLD

Previously withdrawn, but changed my mind. In great condition, plays great, all buttons work, and doesn't skip. Just missing one foot pad, but doesn't effect the position when plugged into the dock. I believe this is the first portable CD player ever to come out of Japan (Made in Japan). Dock as audio line out for high quality hookup. The dock power specs is 120V. Also throw in 5ft Monster Interlink 250 interconnects in great condition. CONUS Free shiping.

If you mean the ability to control the volume from the CD player connected to another component, then no. I had this connected to a Millet Starving Student amp and the pair sings.

My friend had one of these and we used to use it on his desk as a mini system .
This is from the time before you needed a headphone amp, because these cd players had more output then the players of today. Nice find for a collector.
