How to tighten input on Minibox E+??

Thread Starter
The 1/8" input on my Minibox is slightly loose. Perfectly fine when just sitting on desktop and using it, but when Iput in pocket the LOD becomes loose and I lose sound either in right or left ear.

Hate sending this back to China for repair so wondering if this is a simply DIYproject?? Or perhaps send it back to US distributor??? Still under warranty.

Any help would be appreciated

well you can porobably tighten up the existing jack by bending the contacts back in so they grasp it better. or you could take the next step and rep[lace it with a higher quality switchcraft jack, so the problem doesnt just happen again

Correct, I have bent the contact in various amps before with no problems. Do it slowly and in small increments, good luck.

I have the same problem too! bending the contact wont work either. What's inside the input jack is only half of the diameter is contact. Realy poor quality. Try pressing the jack to the right because the contact is in the left. It work for me. Just keep on pressing while listening .I email fang for warranty. I just bought it last january 2010. I hope he will reply.
