hi avalanche
i called the amazon customer service. I have been following this thread from its inception and was very curious to buy these earphones.
here it goes:
when amazon fulfills some item sold by a third party, they take care of shipping i.e., if you are a prime member, they ship it with 2-3 days for free. i'm a prime member and the other thing they are concerned is about return policy. if you are not satisfied by the product you can send them within 30 days.
they are no way concerned with the warranty. so if the other members are correct that the company bestseller21 or SARJO_GROUP is not authorized dealer (which I think they are not!), then you have to call bestseller21 for the warranty.
so let's not buy from these people who charge less but they do not provide the 2 year warranty provided by Shure.
thanks for starting this thread.

You have it part right,

If an item says sold by XYZ and fullfilled by Amazon you get the full manufacturer warranty, as Amazon is an authorized online Shure dealer.

Sarjo Wholesale group and Z Electria are both AUTHORIZED by Shure

Just saw this thread, as I had emailed Shure about the 'fulfillment by' sellers just this morning.  Guess we'll see if they agree with you!

The problem with that assertion is that Shure receives the same amount of money regardless.  The reseller buys from Shure and then sets their price.  Shure is out no additional money in the process.  As long as the product is indeed authentic, Shure made the same amount of money, only the reseller made less.
