search "bait and switch". Thats what I immediately thought of when I read about your situation.

Thanks steve. Then I think I will definitely leave negative feedback.
I am speaking about $356,66, however he already refunded me the money. Gonna check on my bank account before I say anything just to see the money was not moved from there.

I have found another seller with %100 feedback that sells it shipped for about the same price. And doesn't seem he will be asking for another $30.

you can see that they left me a bad reply but had to give a pos score.

btw could you tell us all what was the total price you bought it for? its hard (for everyone) to really understand what your talking about when you just say he wants $30 on top. on top of what?
Manaox2, it is indeed what you say. When I wanted to buy it he had the product with a 5% discount. Right after I bought it he said he had made a mistake and put the price up from $316 to $345 and shipping price from $40 to $50.

Now after I received the notification of getting my money refunded I saw he put a %10 discount??

This is the seller:
losuoha, STAY AWAY FROM HIM!, he just received a negative vote stating this:

10% reduction now? Yeah, you should give him a negative. Don't worry about it. He is a scammer bait and switcher.

Glad you got your money back. This I why I like Amazon. If you buy from Amazon approved dealers, Amazon will refund you if you can't get satisfaction....been there!

Yeah, I am glad I got my money back. Already put it towards another seller, with 100% feedback.

It is a shame amazon won't ship the Zune HD to Europe:

He sent a form of canceling the sale and put as a reason "disagreement between customer and seller". Yeah my ass. He just wanted to trick me.

Will rate him negative. Also read that sellers can't leave negative feedback, so my 100% feedback won't be damaged. It would be incredible if after trying to trick me he would rate me negatively...
