Hard to tell, as "The page cannot be found"..
But do not expect too much magic from a ~$80 amplifier.

No. You're looking at a decent sum of cash to drive a DT880 properly.

At least tell us if it's SS or tube.

I don't know why they don't list the output in ohms(Ω).
Ω = V/A
V = 110V
Ω = 250

A = V/Ω = 110V/250Ω = 0.440A = 440mA
Maxiumum output = 800mA as stated.
440mA < 800mA

Therefore, yes. It can drive the DT880's. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Should you buy it? Personally, I wouldn't. Since this is for a computer and you don't want to spend much, you'll want an DAC amp.

The Musiland Monitor 01 US DAC amp fits your budget and will drive your DT880 just fine. USB beats that flimsy 1/4" to RCA adapter.

This is also expandable since you can use the Musiland as a DAC only and pair it with a better amp later on.

If $80 is what you can afford, then go buy one.
Your DT880 may shine more with a higher quality amplifier, but from its specs this one may be pretty capable.
