Wireless IEMs: Hopeless?

I've been waiting for some decent (not great, decent) wireless IEMs for a while. I thought sure with the 3Gs this would have come around by now.

I realize BT isn't the best way to transmit music, but for anything active it sure would be nice.

Sleek Audio's Kleer technology?

Sennheiser also has a wireless IEM IIRC.

There's also the timeless ety8.

This is what you want. Bluetooth is definitely a poor choice. These buds use the "Kleer" wireless transfer protocol which is capable of streaming lossless, CD quality audio up to 30 ft, if I remember correctly.

If you've already got a pair of customs or universal UEs with replaceable cables, you could buy a W1 and have it modded to fit the sockets. It does the same thing but there is a wire that runs behind your head which also runs into the receiver.

Definitely better than Bluetooth.

didnt Jays have that blue streamer thing that you could plug any headphone to ?
