IEM Under 150$

I am looking for some IEM for my portable devices.
What is the best out there for 150$ or less (Used also could be an option).

what media player you use ?
how much isolation you need ?
how much bass you want ?
what earphone are you using now and how do you like them ?

I am listening to all kinds of music - rock , pop , hip hop, dance , sometimes jazz and classical.

well you can get them for 180 new, so prob used is gonna be within the OP's budget
