Which speaker/moniter for computer?

So i need some speakers/moniters for my laptop, which only have they're built in speakers. I'm mostly an IEM guy but i've started listening to my music on computer when ever I'm in my room. so i need some speakers/moniters for my comp.
here's a few i've found
Newegg.com - M-AUDIO Studiophile AV 30 2.0 Compact Desktop Speaker System - Speakers
Newegg.com - ALTEC LANSING VS2521 28 Watts 2.1 Speaker System - Speakers
Newegg.com - Pixxo SH-8606 5.1 Multimedia Speaker System - Speakers
i really don't want to spend more than the M-Audios(89 dollars)
also i don't want the Logitech X-540
It needs good bass,treble,mids,highs etc
but mostly good bass but not a total sacrifice in the other areas
Also PLEASE make other suggestions thx

Audioengine 2 or 5 seem to be a popular choice, although they are a little more than your budget.

Search the forums there is lots of info.

did you take a look at the swans systems - i think m10 and m12 are in your budget. haven't personally listened to them, but i've seen them recommended a lot

does anyone own the M12s? i'm not seeing many reviews of it

The M-Audio AV-40 I tested had pretty good bass and sound for the price. I'd think the AV-30 would sound similar.

After looking around for a while it looks like it's going to be either the m10s or the av-40s cause i can't find any reviews of the m12
so which one should i choose
or the Swan D1080MkII

Check out the Adam A5. Let 'em break in and be amazed! Flat, truly flat, to 50Hz.

i like altec lansings... don't like your choice though, lol.

Newegg.com - ALTEC LANSING VS4121BLK 31 Watts 2.1 Speakers - Speakers

i had these (their predecessors anyways) for years and I loved them. The treble is nice and it has down-firing mids on those satellites that fill the room.

Sorry, I didn't notice the budget.

Check out the lil' Audio Engine that could (and does), the Model 2 or the 5. These are very good sounding at their respective price points.
