Looking for a good audiophile grade 15-20 foot 1/8" to stereo RCA cable for running the audio out on my soundcard / pc to a reciever . . .

Monoprice- silver cable from your soundcard is completely unnecessary IMO. If you must spend your money, Moon Audio can make one for you from BL-1 Silver Sonic cable.

20ft is pretty long and it would cost you a lot if you need a silver one. Why not try the Blue Jean Cables? It's cheap and very well-built.

i just know personally that silver or silver coated copper sounds much better/clearer than straight copper cables/wires ... have listened to many many cables on various set ups/rigs and heard the difference .
don't try to tell me otherwise, haha .

have been out of the audio/headphone game/scene for a bit and thus, I can't recall where to buy good cables at reasonable cost and so I ask you experts ...

thanks again .

had a revelation last night while sipping wine and realized that I want to be able to sit on my sofa and hear my favorite FLAC/mp3 and streaming radio via my reciever speakers .
