What's a good amp for around $50? Need one basically for IEM's, trying to gain a little more bass on an iPhone. It'll be used on the Dr Dre Tours, Nuforce 7, and Monster Turbines. Smaller size is preferred. I've been looking at PA2v2, HeadAmp 4, cMoy, FiiO, etc but I can't decide from the reviews I've read. Thanks.

I bought these puppies just before Christmas and they have been a revelation. I can't tell you how much they suit my listening tastes. I love close listening with lots of treble and tight...

It's very small player, so I like it. I have Clip+ since Christmas and I'm very satisfied!

First of all let me say this is one of my favourite BA driver earphones I have ever heard. That said, being a basshead, these didn't deliver in the bass department - I can't deny the fact...

I've had this card for quite a while now, and I have to say its a really nice card - a huge step-up to my on-board motherboard's audio. At first I do have to admit, it didn't feel like the D1...

Long story short: These earbuds, shouldn't ever be bought, when they come free in your iPod package, its fine to look at them, and try them on. If you know someone wanting to buy these,...

For bass boost I really like my Fiio E5. It has a warm sound and pairs well with my Klipsch Image S4's. The PA2V2 was a bit more than I wanted to spend because you get into the 50-100 price range and the iBasso T3 starts looking pretty good and has great reviews.

My PA2V2 is awful with my turbines; While running on the AC adaptor it is an uneven, crackly sound with increased muddy bass, and with batteries there is no difference whatsoever. I would look into the Fiio.

I see. Which fiio version is better? They're all in the $30 or so range but with different designs and such. E5?

I bought the E5, but I would look around at the E1 that came out recently. It's a built in LOD and reviews say that it sounds a bit better than the E5, HOWEVER the E1 only works with iPod so if you don't use iPod then the E5 would be a better choice. IMHO you can't beat the sound you get for the 20.
