Verry verry verry bad feedback for this guy!

I paid him for 3 Audio-GD Exclusive power cables and I only received one.
This guy is either a very bad liar or just plain dumb.
He attempted to feed me some crap about a 2 week delay for a shipment between Toronto and Montreal when there is a 5 hours drive separating both cities.
Other BS he tried to feed me was a package stuck at the border when there is none whatsoever (!)

In addition he didn't provide me any tracking numbers when there is always one provided with Canada Post. When I asked him to look on his Canada Post receipt for the tracking number, he said that he threw it away like he throws away all his receipts ?!?!?!?!?!?!

Finally when I asked to be paid back for something I never received, he declined saying that he would lose something out of this deal.
BUT WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR STUPID DUMB MISTAKES C.L. OR ARE YOU JUST HERE TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY?

Like I said, I didn't know it will come with a tracking number with the cheapest option in CanadaPost. I have asked you before you paid, do you want to pay a bit more for insurrance, and you said no. Since I thought it doesn't come with a tracking number, I just throw the receipt away after. The reason why I said it might stuck at the border is that the audio-gd power cord are shipped to U.S, and it might happen. I shipped quite a lot stuff in that week and I cannot remember.

I am not sure if you receive the cables or not because I have threw the receipt away and I cannot do anything about it now. Remember, I have asked you to pay a bit more for insurrance, but you don't want to. If it is lost, why should I refund you?

Do you have any sort of evidences that you actually shipped the power cables on that day?

There is no way to go with this guy.
He has no evidence to give me that he shipped those cables. Only his lousy word and I know what his word is worth.
I had to call Canada Post many times to figure out how this guy could retreive a lost tracking number. He didn't take the initiative by himself to go at the Post Office in order to get a copy of the receipt that the clerk might have kept.
He did ship me a package with only one cable and it was shiped from Scarborough which is in the Toronto area. I'm in montreal and It has never taken more than 2 business days to have something sent from Montreal to Toronto with Canada Post and it always has been safe for me.

Some other BS he tried to feed me was that he said that he shipped many times before with Canada Post and he doesn't know that THERE IS ALWAYS A TRACKING NUMBER WITH CANADA POST!
I'd really really like to talk to this guy face to face. He has no remorse whatsoever. He doesn't even recognizes that he screwed up or perhaps he was just here to steal money.

You can't make this crap up. You either stuck 3 cords in the package, or you put 1 in. The package for 3 cords is much larger than the packaging for 1 cord, so if the packaging was only big enough to put one cord in, then clearly you have ripped the OP off. If the box was big and looked like it was tampered with, then that's one thing, but there's no reason for any postal employee to steal a damn power cable, let alone take 2 and leave one behind. You only had one cord, so refund the OP's money.

It's your job to make sure the product gets to the buyer, a lost receipt or lack of insurance does not matter. If a business told you "tough luck" on a shipment you didn't receive, what would your reaction be? If you don't take care of it, you're a thief, plain and simple. I hope the buyer used Paypal (never buy without it IMO).
Edit: Use Paypal "goods" as apparently the "gift" payment is not covered by Paypal protection.

Just had a terrific transaction with C.L for his Reference dac & musiland 01 usd converter. Initially, was a bit wary because of some problem arising in his previous transaction with punk_guy but all ended great with me.

He was nice and very accommodating. He trusted me enough to have them shipped to me before receiving payment. Everything specified in the package was included and the DAC & muisland 01 arrived in excellent condition although it arrived 2 later than expected but it's Canadapost's fault for the delay. Also, thanks for taking the time to pack them up nicely. He took pictures of the receipt for me and purchased signature confirmation + insurance as instructed. When the package was late, he was helpful in dropping by the post office to check up with the rep.

Also, communication throughout the transaction was great and had received reply within a reasonable time frame. It's my pleasure in dealing with C.L. From my experience, I wouldn't mind dealing with him again. I hope from now on, may his subsequent transaction be as smooth as this one. Thanks again!
