FiiO E5 or iBasso T4

Powering some Grado SR60s and Klipsch Image S4...the FiiO seems promising but the hiss worries me. The iBasso looks sleek and would be perfect to velcro to my iPod, and seems of much higher quality, thus the price.

But how big a difference is sound quality? I like the FiiO's price a lot better, haha.

huge difference i can tell you. T4 is way better than E5. i own both so i can responsibly tell you that i dun even bother comparing them in detail after listening both and chucked E5 in the storage.

I have T3 newer version of T4, after listening to it I toss E5 right the way I really did that

I have the T4 and the E5, Personally the T4 is Much much better than the E5.. However for headphones like the se115 that don't have any bass... The E5's bassboost would do better than the T4's bassboost.

Quick question, If im using this set up:

PS3>Optical>JVC SU-DH1>SennheiserHD555

Would it benefit to get a portable amp just for extra bass boost?(or something) Like would the E5 gve my set up a nice BB? If not then ill just keep my set up the way it is. I just plan on gaming.
