economic options for balanced recable

I am thinking recable my DT880 or even K702 (seems to be problematic) to balanced XLR connections. I would like to hear your suggestions about vendors that do quality work.

Also, if I would like to find a sweet spot on the cable choice (meaning cheaper but still good quality cable) and look for vendors that satisfy these two criteria.

What would the price usually run? Also, I would like to get the XLR -> 1/4" cable as well so that I can use the recabled phone on SE amps.

Cheapest option would be to trade your K702 for a K701, then just reterminate the K701 to XLR.
