Got a D2+ a little while ago, and ordered a RE2 and a Fiio E5 to compliment it (I run with the equalizer turned down on all settings, so the E5 should hopefully help with volume). I ordered on Nov 4th, still waiting for it to arrive...I was just wondering how long shipping normally takes for people.
