AD700 or MS1?

Hello, I have been looking for headphones in the 100 dolalr pricerange and I have gotten down to two choices, the Audio-Technica ATH-AD700 and the Alesserando MS1.

I listen to a bit of rock and electronic.
What does head-fi suggest?

Both.
I bit of each was what I was trying to get at.
Oh wow I just realized a thread similar to mine was directly under it :\

ahaha yeah, guess I will say my two cents here. As I stated in the other thread I never heard the AD700 but the MS1i are pretty good for rock, however I do no listen to electronica.

MS1's are pretty awesome headphones, and very versatile. I have yet to listen to a genre that doesn't sound great through them.

Probably the MS1, and FWIR they're fun to mod.

If you don't need bass, then it's the AD700; MS1 has more bass, and SR80 even more.
