Shipping Problem

Hi,

I have ordered the RE2+Fiio E5 combo last week. It has been almost 10 days that I have got the confirmation e-mail and the tracking number but the tracking number does not work: "No information on this number" on all EMS, Canada Post and Purolator. I emailed the head-direct customer service twice, getting no answers.

Might there be something wrong with the shipment? I am kinda getting worried.

Yea, this happened when I ordered my EF2.. I ordered it October 24th. Tracking didn't work.

I kept pushing via email, and got a new tracking number. Package showed it actually shipped out 5th of November.

Just keep pushing..

That is weird. From what I have read before the purchase, I thought Head-Direct has good customer service. Well, as long as I get my stuff in November, it is ok I guess.

They do, I can tell you that.

I think it's just a slow month in obtaining units from manufacturer. Just a guess.

Actually our package was delayed at Customer two weeks ago. Fortunatelly it get outbound of the customer finally a week ago.

Should provide some information.

But, send an email to them, include your order number and the current tracking number you received..

Make sure you have that order number, gonna be an important one..

Had the exact same problem (I am also located in Canada) Although when I messaged Customer service, they responded fairly quickly with a new tracking #.

However, I placed the Order on Nov. 4th and it has still not arrived unfortunately. It has been sitting in Vancouver since it cleared customs on the 10th. Kinda frustrating.

best of luck, hope you get your order soon, will let you know when I get mine.

Thanks for in the information. I placed the order on Nov 2nd! I e-mailed the customer service again, waiting for a reply.

Given that Head-Direct is so well-regarded here, I am guessing we will get our shipments eventually, hopefully in November.

Meanwhile, I will bug them till I get a decent response just like you did.

Please let me know if you get it, I will do the same if there is any news.

I have got a reply from Head-Direct. I have a new tracking number. My package just cleared the customs at Vancouver. I am so glad that this thing worked out, I was so worried that Head-Direct prove to be unreliable, not for this purchase but for future purchases. They have good stuff for cheap. Best kinda combination! Luckily they prove to be reliable, but maybe not too accurate. It seems like a one man show, so I guess this kinda minor problems are expected. Now the wait.. oh the wait..

I've been waiting over three weeks.

If my amp isn't here by Wednesday I think I'll cancel and order a Corda amp.
