I need to find a good mp3 player that has all of these features as I am not allowed to have wireless devices where I work.

Any suggestions?

32GB large enough? Or willing to bring more memory cards.
If so, then you may want to check out the HifiMAN HM-801 -> http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f87/up...eorder-424053/

Ok, how about stating your budget then.
Also check out the Hardware section at FLAC -> FLAC - links

I'd say max is probably $300, I'm really just trying to find a good list, and that link is pretty good I must say.

Just get a 4th or 5th gen iPod and put Rockbox on it. They're cheap, easy to work on and fix if they break, and fairly abundant on ebay. Also, with Rockbox, you can just drag and drop your music onto it (like a regular USB mass storage device) and you may never have to use iTunes with it. I got a 60GB iPod Photo off ebay for a little over $30. All it needed to fix it was a couple good smacks (hard drive was stuck), and it's been almost flawless since then.

What's with the FM radio? Don't turn it on if you don't like it. Models without FM radio are mostly inferior (except if you go for the dedicated HI-FI players, but they are mostly bad designs... may sound great though). SONY X

...maybe an iMod iPod? You can get one at ALO...thing is, you'll need an LOD and an outboard amp...might get expensive.
