Sony seems to be reluctant on selling any new Walkman in the U.S. Last August or so the E series was refreshed and there has been nothing since. Not even a murmur that the S series or now discontinued X series would be refreshed here. Perhaps the U.S. just isn't a big enough player in their MP3 market anymore.
