WTB tube pre/HP amp Little Dot or similar

I would really like a tube headphone amp/pre amp in the sub $200 range. I will consider anything tube based (possibly some hybrids but tube HP section a MUST) I would prefer something bundled with some different/extra tubes or at minimum a set up that has some tube rolling options. I can pay via paypal immediately and will either send payment as GIFT or cover paypal charges if you have good feedback. I am newish here but feel free to check my ebay feedback (drewfus420).
