Question about PPA v2 and YJPS resistors

Hey,

I and a friend of mine are building a PPA V2 headphone amp and a YJPS power supply for a school project. We've selected most of the parts we need, but we ran into some problems selecting the right resistors for both the PPA and the YJPS. We want to build both of them at 24V.

Which resistors did you guys use? Thanks!

What do you mean by "which resistors"? Are you looking for brand and series or values? I usually recommend Vishay/Dale RN55 1% Metal Film.

We're having difficulties with the values. We've seen the recommendation for brand and series, and that won't give much of a problem...

From the YJPS docs, R10, R11 and VSET:

Quote:
If you want a different output voltage, the simplest thing is to vary R10. If you leave R11 and VSET at their default values, and use a 6.9 V reference, the equation for R10 is R10 = 109Vout - 749
Seems straightforward to me.

Yes is its.

However, we have no idea which values we should use on for example r2 of the YJPS...

That part seems clear to us too, our problem lies with the other resistors: for example the YJPS r2...

Is there some easy way to calculate it ourselves?

Yes, it is straightforward. However, that is not where our little "problem" lies. We have difficulty with the other resistors (for example the YJPS r2).

Is there some easy way to calculate the appropriate values?
