FS: LOD for iPod, iTouch, iPhone

Selling off my LOD I used with my iPod Touch 2G. It will also work with the iPhone 3G. I'm selling it because I've decided I don't need an amp to drive my HD 25-1 II anymore. It sometimes loses sound in one ear if you twist the silver wire, but it was never a big issue for me. It works perfectly fine. Asking $25 shipped and paypaled. CONUS only. Check my sig for feedback on here and eBay. Will offer full refund if you are not satisfied with the connection of the cable.

Yes that's what he's saying (or a potential connection problem, one that may ,or may not, get worse later (or maybe sooner).........

But it doesn't bother him : )

Only if you twist the cable. As you can see, it's not meant to be twisted. I put my ipod/amp connected with this LOD in my pants and coat pocket all the time and there's no problem, since everything stays straightened. The only time I lose connection is when I push against it. (I rarely lose connection) I'll even offer a refund if you don't find the connection satisfactory after using it for a week. I found it to be just fine.

What does LOD stand for? Can you explain why this is a better connection compared with just a 1/8" to 1/8" connection?
