Just spoke to Kaysen. My W3's made it safely to states in a little less than a week. Looks as though I'll be getting them back sometime in the 3rd or 4th week of February. Very excited!

Why would you think that? Fisher only paid for shipping one time. Every other time has been on my dime.

Seems like a lot of people are sending them back to Fisher for fixing. Not just the EBs.

Fisher paid for shipping back to them. I just called them and I was told that there is no shipping charge for refits within 30 days.

I wonder if that's a new policy given how many returns they've been taking back because it certainly wasn't their policy over the past two months.

Just got my tracking number for mine coming back.... thursday is the day for me. I hope they don't have balance issues or fit issues... dang, you all have me worried.

Maybe. It wasn't Kaysen I spoke with though, she wasn't in today.

Well, all you can do is just wait and see. Hopefully you don't have any issues!

Mine should be arriving on Friday. I hope they fixed the fit.

You obviously haven't been keeping up.

I'll post new pictures and a review tomorrow after 20hrs of burn-in.

I have a quick question:

Could this be done with a Klipsch Custom 3? Could they swap the wires out with something better as well?

Actually, could they just swap the wires and leave the rest?

Wouldn't that be awesome.

This is true, but they only do UPS which the closest one to my place is around an hour away...

Too bad they don't make good on that promise. Would have saved me some $$.

No, I haven't - there's hundreds of posts by now. Sorry to be rude, but it just seems that having something done 5 times sounds a bit suspicious. Mine fit fine the first time I tried them.

And given the constant "Unique Melody / Chinese manufacturers can do no wrong" cheerleading around here, I just had my doubts...
