Add RSA, RWA, headphile, YBM Audio for sure.

Craig, Lee, Drew, Ray, Vinnie, Larry, Ying ... take a bow!

Also kudos to Blue Jeans Cable, and OneVistiMedia (you don't know this last one, but they are superb).

Sennheiser Repair in Connecticut, and beyer USA in New York -- very responsive.

Some of claimed that Head-Direct has been slow, but not in my experience ... and they have been super fixing things that were not their fault (MD1032 and I know how to mortally wound EF-1's), so Fang gets a nod too!
I was very satisfied with Sennheiser warranty dept. Fast and received a new pair rather than refurbished or repaired product.

Mapletree Audio Design - Dr. Lloyd Peppard, the designer AND builder of all MAD products, is an absolute pleasure to deal with, answered every one of my questions promptly, and the result was an outstanding amp. Companies like this are very, very rare these days.

List Updated, I agree companies/vendors who really care are hard to find.
Then again there are gentlemen like Steve Nugent of Empirical Audio who are very helpful not only with their products but also with parts they don't even make.
I was looking for a special cable hard to find and Steven offered to get it form me and ship it overseas. Empirical Audio don't make this cable. I don't think one can get better than that!

Very Good
Meier Audio: Very good attention when answering all my emails, before that i buy from him (thru an importer) a Corda Arietta.

Poor
Eddie Current: Slow answer to some questions. Was a pain to do bussiness with him. Because i had to wait a lot of time, for him to claim the Money that i send to him (No paypal) in the past; to buy an EE/SS amp.
And in the end, he can't claim nothing (after of three attempts). And i lost more of two weeks...
No amp in the end.

Very Poor:
Lawnton Audio: It was my first purchase in Head-Fi (this company name didn't exist before). Poor attention. and was arrogant, negligent, incompetent, and something rude in the trait with the customer, a BIG PAIN. Because i haven't Paypal (not everybody have/can pay thru it) when i send him a Giro thru MoneyGram. According to him, he never claim such money...
He never give me any feedback, when i bought from him a Denon AH-D5000 cable; that he almost didn't want to send, because the money that i send to him, wasn't worth it.....

I'd like to add DHC (doublehelixcables) to the Good portion. Very pleasant in the past.

Meier is already on the list.

I have found Craig of EC an excellent communicator, sorry to see you had problems with him.

earphone solutions has pretty good communication.

The best i've dealt with is by far Electric Avenues. Gary provides top class customer service. You can tell that he really cares about his customers.
