Have you ever experienced the feeling that you have been ignored by a Trader/Vendor when you ask them a question about their products?

Sys. Concept is a Canadian campany that make to order optical cables.
Their service is exeptional and their products excellent.
They take the time to guide their customers and once the spec is finalized they make and ship the cable very fast, even the same day.

I've had to email them twice with specific problems, and got a response from Yu within hours. Good service, great prices.

x2 on whiplash, cryoparts (aka Locus), moon-audio. (no experience with audio-gd).

Add RSA, RWA, headphile, YBM Audio for sure.

Also kudos to Blue Jeans Cable, and OneVistiMedia (you don't know this last one, but they are superb).

Sennheiser Repair in Connecticut, and beyer USA in New York -- very responsive.

Some of claimed that Head-Direct has been slow, but not in my experience ... and they have been super fixing things that were not their fault (MD1032 and I know how to mortally wound EF-1's), so Fang gets a nod too!

I just want to second on RSA,
Ray is VERY quick with emails, and he got me an Apache quick. I give big thumbs up to him.

I agree Ray is first class.
North Star Design are getting worse, never answer messages, even simple questions

Avoid Xiangsheng products or rebadged Xiangsheng products such as Maverick Audio and Grant Fidelity.

Xiangsheng sold me a tube amp (in China) that they said would work in Canada/US with the supplied voltage switch, unfortunately they lied and the amp doesn't work, and they refuse to solve the issue.

VERY POOR: Qables / Iqube.

I never received the iqube 2 ordered after more than 3 weeks. I had to send 2 emails and wait for 2 weeks before getting an answer from Mr Hans Oosterwaal. I was never given any proof that the item was even sent but was asked to wait another 2 weeks. I waited but never got the iqube. Then after sending emails he said he understood my loss and would think about an offer: after again 2 weeks I am still waiting..

Add TTVJ to the list Answered all my emails and shipped my item using my desired courier

And glassjaraudio very accomodating and answers emails quickly too
