Research Project - Please help out by taking a really short survey!

Hello. I am conducting an research project for one of my courses at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. I am requesting your assistance in this. I will definitely post the results and discussion on here when it's completed. It will be at the end of the month, but data collection should be finished in a week.
