CX200 = CX300? warrantee replacement...

I was wondering if this was an equivalent replacement?
yes i'm happy they are replacing at all, but still i wonder if the cx200 is really the same level or if they probably should have sent the cx300 II?

finding reviews of comparisons of these sets is hard

I think the new CX300 II is the old CX400, if that helps any.

well received the cx200. they are indeed rather bass heavy as they do claim after all. basically the sound is muddy. i think they are made for bass deficient ipods or something. anyways i don't think they are quite cx300 replacements. the cord is thicker and cheaper feeling, it feels exactly like my old bottom barrel skull candies cord, whether it makes it stronger i don't know, but it feels cheap.
