WTS: iPod Touch 8GB, 3rd Gen (latest) - Australia

Hi,

I've got a brand-new, still sealed in box, 8GB iPod Touch (3rd Gen).

Still have the receipt from Next Byte. Purchased last week for AUD$268. Fully warranty of course.

Will sell for AUD$215 + shipping.

I didn't know the 8gb was part of the third generation, I thought it was just the 32 and 64gb that had the faster processor. I may be wrong, I just only remember the 32 and 64gb models being touted as faster on apple's website.

Apple shipped this as part of the latest wave of iPod Touches. To be honest, Apple didn't dub this wave as being 'third gen', the general public and websites do so to differentiate between releases.

This is the latest iteration of the iPod touches. However, the 8GB was exactly the same as the last edition's 8GB touch. I am not sure if there were further cosmetic changes.
