e12 and heatsinks for Q1 & Q2 requirement

So I forgot to order heatsinks for Q1 & Q2, however after reading the note on AMB about them not sure if my application requires it or not. I am using the e12 with an M3 that is powered by a sigma11 of 24V. Now AMB site says if your " if supply voltage > ±18V". How does this translate to a single rail supply with a virtual ground?

If I need them I could probably just grab some thin AL and make my own, but would rather not if they are not needed.

I've never needed them. In your application, it is analogous to ±12V. I think when Amb states ±18V, that would be equivalent to 36V in your case.

That is what I am thinking, just wanted to double check before applying power.

Pars is right.
Also, if the Q1 and Q2 transistors are getting uncomfortably hot, then add heatsinks. Otherwise, don't bother.
