I'm pleased to start this thread for snakeeater69. I recently purchased a pair of Grado 325i's and a C&C xo amp from snakeeater69. He was friendly and my initial questions were answered quickly. He also sent the items within 2 days of receiving payment and sent a tracking number as well.
I also have to credit him with his persistence with UPS. We had a horrible experience with them but snakeeater69 did whatever was needed to get the phones to me. It must have been very frustrating considering the extra time he had to spend straightening things out. His communication was great as he let me know what was going on with each mishap and I thank him for dealing with each problem quickly. I would transact with him again.
