I second In & Out. Haven't read the whole thread but I'm going to throw Popeye's Chicken out there. Amazing how easy they have made it to get high quality Southern Fried Chicken. I need to try their Cane sugar Sweet Tea.

Culvers -Hamburgers & Fries -surprising they haven't tried branching out to the east coast or west coast. I guess its sorta like In & Out Burger west coast and White Castle east coast though.
