I second In & Out.  Haven't read the whole thread but I'm going to throw Popeye's Chicken out there.  Amazing how easy they have made it to get high quality Southern Fried Chicken.  I need to try their Cane sugar Sweet Tea.

Culvers -Hamburgers & Fries -surprising they haven't tried branching out to the east coast or west coast. I guess its sorta like In & Out Burger west coast and White Castle east coast though.

 

Wingman (not many exist) -Hot Wings & Fries

 

Heidi's Brooklyn Deli (not many exist) -sandwiches

 

Quiznos -sandwiches

 

Moe's Original BBQ (not many exist) -only ate their twice but loved it. Awesome cornbread.

I had Culver's when I wandered around the Great Lakes for a week after CanJam.  I liked Culver's a lot and it reminded me of the Burgerville chain found mostly in the Northwest.
