KGSS 110 to 220V?

Just a quick question:
Does anyone know how hard it would be to change the power supply from the KGSS from US 110V to European 220V?

You'd need to know if the KGSS in question has a universal primary trafo or not. If yes, it's probably pretty simple, if no it's not simple.

If it's not a universal primary, would could use an external 110 to 220V adapter, something like this:

It might end up being the cheapest option.
