i got this cd from the fanclub and when it came there was an extra cd. an email the following day explained there was a problem with the mastering and to throw the one in the jewel away and use the extra one in the envelope.
on the song anesthetize, track 5 at the 3 minute mark and thereafter for a minute or so there's a crackling that shows up in the sound... this is on the supposedly 'fixed' cd. does anyone else hear this? it sounds wierd. is this 'bad mastering'? what is this noise?
