Hey guys i just bought this DAC and am having trouble using it to bypass my laptops built in sound card.

I have installed the drivers and the computer recognises that it is there, how ever i cant get it to play music through using the 3.5mm jack with my headphones connected.

What am i doing wrong?

Vista/Win7:
Right click audio in system tray
Playback devices
Right click on the DAC and click "set as default playback device".

Can't remember how to on WinXP but it'll be similar
