how to output to usb dac in w7

hi guys,

I am using windows 7 right now and please help me re: how i can tell my laptop to output the sound to my usb dac instead of the headphone jack. thanks very much!

In Control Panel, go to Sound, then look under the Playback tab. You will see a list of your devices. Set the DAC as the default device.

If it's not showing up in the drop down list, you will need to install a driver. However, most DAC's these days don't need a driver.
