Started tool kit

Fellow DIYers I am looking for a starter kit that would carry soldering iron, solder, a stand for the iron, small screwdrivers, small cutters and pliers, and a wire stripper. Preferably inexpensive, not cheap Would it simply be best to by them piecewise?

check out dealextreme, they have great prices and free shipping, should fix you for everything but the soldering iron. check the bay for that

DX works - not great quality but should get you started quick. You won't find a kit with all the things you're looking for. For soldering irons, look for a Hako 936 clone, they can be had for about $40 and it should last you a long time without needing to upgrade (unlike those temptingly cheap radioshack irons).
