Nope. A look at the frequency diagrams shows that the Senns follow a more "natural" curve than the Denons.



With all of that said, I've tried eq'ing the Denon sound into my M50's (I know, not perfect) and it's pretty nice. Not $1000 nice, but nice for the extra bass when I want it.
