The Darkvoice 336se has around 600 hours on it.
It comes with a power cord and nice padded box.
It also comes with the following tubes:
1x RCA 6AK5 grey plate (100 hours on it)
2x Ken-Rad JAN VT-231 (50 hours on each)
2x Bendix 6080WB red lettering (one with 16 hours on it, one with 500 hours)
and 1x Sylvania 6SN7WGT (bought NOS, now has 500 hours)
Tubes were bought NOS if noted, otherwise were bought from eBay from buyers that advertised them as testing very highly.
The tubes alone cost me $270-280.
The Bendix tubes are pretty much impossible to find, and they are in one reviewer's opinion, the best tube available when combined with the Sylvania. (link to the best 336SE tube-rolling review I've found)

One of the Bendix tubes was bought from a Mikhail (Singlepower) customer and it sounded like crap to me, but maybe it needed more burn in... The previous owner said he got it NOS from Mikhail and also said that he never used it, although I strongly doubt that Mikhail's word can be trusted at this point.
Also one of the Ken-Rad's sounded like crap, and once again perhaps burn-in was in issue.
Other than the two tubes mentioned previous, the other ones sound great.
I'd like to sell the amp & tubes for $340 + shipping & PayPal.
The tubes will be shipped in a separate box and I will eat the shipping for it.
