FS: Trafomatic Head One

Up for sale is my Trafomatic Head One. Needless to say, this amp doesn't come up very often. It sounds amazing is quite the bang for the buck. I love this thing but it's time to move on to a much more expensive amp. The SET sound is truly amazing especially for low impedance headphones like Grados. It's extremely versatile with two line-ins, one line-out, and a sub-out. It also has a switch for 30, 100, and 300 ohm operation. I'm very sorry to let it go.

Sorry for the dust in the pictures! HF-2 not included.




The amp is about $1400 new I believe. How about $950 shipped?

What model year is this amp? How many total hours of use so far? Have you ever substituted any other types of tube for the 6S45P?

This is 2 years old. About 500-1000 hours. No, I've never substituted tubes.

Are there any issues whatsoever with this amplifier which need to be disclosed? More hum than normal, intermittent crackle in either channel, etc.
Was any service ever required for malfunctions? Are you the original owner?
