Proposely to make a sticky for Knobs

So I was trying to search for sources for a nice big AL black knob for the M3 I am building. Well it seems almost every similar post for this has a response of "please search this ? is asked a lot." Which I imagine is true which is why I searched, but getting a bunch of threads with that is not helpful and I never found this elusive thread that had the answers. Other problem I found is many of the responses that where helpful had links to down sites

Maybe a sticky would be appropriate for listing good DIY friendly vendors for various items like knobs, wire, cases, fabrication, etc.

Cause while mouser and digikey have the above items they tend to not have much selection.

I'm not sure we need a sticky, but a thread would be nice.

Well apparently a thread existed and probably still does but I can not find it, hence why a sticky would be handy. Heck it was just a list of links to threads that would help.

I'd love to see the same as well. I don't know why but it seems unreasonably hard to find a good source for large quality knobs. I've had the same disappointing experience with the 'big' suppliers like Digikey, Mouser, etc.

Edit: Did some searching around and the eBay seller 'hongkongsuperseller' is a good start and has a pretty massive selection that seems to be pretty affordable. Also there are some companies like Goldpoint that have some decent stuff. I know this has been mentioned in other threads but figured I'd post here too for the OP.
