Samsung P3 or Zune HD? - Page 2

I was in the same situation.. I picked P3 because it supported FLAC, has custom EQ as well as other sound settings, and has drag and drop instead of the zune software.

The nice thing about the P3 drag and drop is that it still sorts all your music into a library using the MP3 tags, so you can still browse by artist/album/etc., or folder browse.

Its also smaller and costs less =)

Huh?

The 8 gig P3 I purchased was $229, and the 16 gig Zune was $219. Double the capacity for less price with Zune.

Also, there's absolutely no difference in size. None whatsoever. They're the same size.

Sorry, but these statements are just plain untrue.

The p3 is a great player, only problem is Samsung already stopped making firmware for it and have been totally ignoring the community's demands (abi). I own a P3 and I regret not getting the cowon S9.

overall i prefer P3, Zune HD not support FLAC and WAV when these 2 format are common format for audio lately, i have never seen any new release player that not support WAV beside this Zune HD. come on microsoft...
